What's included in The Storybook Letters Subscription? 

When you sign up for a yearly subscription, you'll receive 1 or 2 storybook pages (the length of the story may change monthly) with an original short story, 2 mini storybook prints, and 1 sticker each month for 12 months. 

Are the stories written by AI?

Absolutely not. The stories are not written by AI and are original. The creator of The Storybook Letters, Tanya, is a published author and writes her own stories. The artwork was not created by AI either. 

When will my letter arrive? 

Letters are mailed in the middle of the month and should arrive in 4-10 business days via USPS. If you join The Storybook Letters before the 15th of the month, you will receive this month's letter. If you sign up after the 15th of the month, you will receive next month's letter. 

What if my letter gets lost or if I want a refund? 

If your letter gets lost in the mail or you'd like to request a refund, please message us at thestorybookletters@gmail.com and we'll help you out! 

Where are you located and do you mail letters outside of the United States? 

We're located in California and we only ship within the United States. We're not able to take international orders at this time. 

Can I cancel my subscription? 

Yes! Please send us an email at thestorybookletters@gmail.com and we'll help you cancel your subscription. 

Can I purchase 1 single letter or do I have to sign up for a subscription? 

Yes, you can purchase a single letter. You can also sign up for a yearly subscription and receive a letter each month.
